Say i was to eat nuts as a base for breakfast lunch and dinner or like lunch dinner and a snack i try not to do this because i dont know if its good for me but im new to raw food and dont want to eat a salad every meal so a lot of meals i find to make seem to have nuts.

Kelly~
I think one of the biggest tricks to successful raw is finding what works for you. How do you feel if you eat that many nuts in a day? Is your digestion good? Do you have energy? When you start out eating raw is great...and many think you should eat whatever you want to and feel good with as long as it's raw. Most people as they go along modify what they are doing and find more balance, adding lots of fruit and greens. Green smoothies are great to get more greens in because you can't really taste them when blended with fruit and the greens are broken down and easy to assimilate.
There are lots of things you can make and have besides salads and after awhile you'll find what you like best and some staples to have on hand...kind of go to meals.
Bottom line to start is what feels good to you. For me right now it's trying to get in as many greens as I can since they are so nutrient dense.
Glad you are here~

Thank you! That really helped. I drink juice every weekday morning and smoothies sometimes because i have a horrible working blender hah. I have been a little tired lately so i think im going to just start sticking to nuts with one meal a day for most days or one meal and a snack something like that and hopefully that will help me thanks again!

Most important... don't limit yourself! Eat... if you want more... eat more. Don't say "Oh I can't have... " if it's raw eat it. Over time your body will tune up what it wants and when but in the beginning... just allow your body to be fed. It's looooves all the nutrition you are gifting it!
