I'm wondering would anyone know if Coconut Nectar is bad to use if you've had Cancer?

I would like to eliminate Agave (which I use seldomly) and am interested in hearing more about Coconut Nectar as I've just come across this today.

I use either raw honey or maple syrup (not raw but at least this isn't a fructose). I still use raw agave but in moderation.

I have the coconut but i didn't use it yet. Do a lot of colorful food (fruit/vegi). Very powerful to neutralize the free radical and even reverse cancer. Add also saffron in your smoothie.

I was told not to use Raw Honey/Agave and also not to eat fruit either as the body cannot tell whether its "good or bad" sugar.

This doesn't relate to your question directly, but it's a sweetener that I made for the first time and it's delicious. "Nectar of the Gods (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=thuUwGcRk-0)" (Young Thai coconut water and medjool dates). Always nice to have another alternative. *Ü*

Don't know but it's awfully sticky and expensive.

I tried it a few times and couldn't digest the sugar- is it fructose? weird. i don't have a problem with agave, but the coconut nectar- wow! horrible gas and bloating.
