Butternut squash recipe??

I have a whole butternut squash and don't have any idea what to make with it that is raw. Any ideas? Something simple? I hope it is even still good, I have had it for a couple of months. it looks like it is still good.

I made butternut squash soup for dinner tonight. I put it in the blender with white miso and coconut milk. I warmed it slightly to take away the chill from the milk. (I don't eat nuts - you could probably make a cashew 'mylk'). I've made it thick and chunky and thin. Liked it both ways.

Othertimes, I've tossed the chunks with agave and cinnimon.

It's my alternative to sweet potato.
