As most of you know, was widowed a few yrs ago with a small child. What a journey & valley this has been. I must say that this group and lifestyle have helped me climb these mountains to reveal my old self in a better way. I found this by searching 'heal depression naturally'. I'm so glad I did!! :throwhearts:. Heres a pic of me now. My little girl did it...Grapeseed Oil for moisturizer, no-poo fo 2 yrs, 4th week of juicing.
