Hi everybody,

I have been searching the internet for some time now to find results for a way to rebuild tooth enamel on a chipped tooth. My 10 year old daughter fell and chipped her two upper front teeth. It was bonded, but I really want it to heal if it could. I read stuff about how raw food makes this happen. I want to know if someone really did that. What he ate and what he didn't eat. She's young and still developing and so there are lots of food (cooked food I mean)she'll have to eat.

I'm making her green juice, and making her eat lots of fruits. Is this enough for the enamel to rebuid itself? Will it still heal although she still eats cooked food?

What should she totally stop eating?

If anyone can help me with this I'd love to hear from him........Thanks.

I watched a talk from David Wolfe longevity DVD. One of them was about caring for our teeth. According to her, we can rebuilt the emanal.

I had shiped tooth and i seem to be fine now.

Here is what i remember briefly.

Brush your teeth only in the morning and night (She use a bar soap but i buy a soap in liquid from upayanatural.ca)
Clean your tongue (I just use a large tooth brush i have with the soap, i ate scrapping)
Brush has to be soft and gentle. I also use oral brush that spin.
Flux twice in the morning and at night. You can flux after a meal but no brushing teeth.
Rinse with himalayan salt (I use a salt from upayanatural also) about 1 min
I also do raw coconut oil (oil pulling), it seems to help in so many ways.
I use a gum massage tool (it has a curved rubber at the end, it cleans the gumm well)

She insisted that the trick is to keep your mouth free from bacteria, to use a soft tooth brush (otherwise it removes the email)
No brushing after a meal except to flux them, you need the saliva to restore balance.
Keeping the body alkalin is very important. Acid destroy our teeth.

Your daughter will get well soon

It is believed that using a toothpaste that contains glycerine prevents re-mineralising so check the ingredients.
Rinse after eating but do not brush for 30 mins especially if you have had fruit. The acid weakens the enamel and brushing before it stabilises will remove some.
Chewing greens after a meal is good.
