Hi guys

I would like to know how do you eat raw potatoes, pumpkins, string beans, beans in general. I've always cooked them and I don't know how to eat these or anything similar raw. Also how do you clean your vegetables?

Thanks

Why do you feel that you need to eat these items.
If a human can not eat a food raw then that is not ideal food for humans and should be avoided. There are so many other "ideal" foods that you can eat.

I eat raw green beans. (is that bad?) They sell them at Publix in a little package which is great for work. I just rinse them with water and snack. Usually, it is an on the go pick up, but one day, I'm going to plan ahead and make a dip - or even better (maybe), coat them with some cracker recipe, and dehydrate (hoping for a crispy crust and a milder - less green tasting bean)

I like raw sweet potato chips, but have never tried anything with white potatoes or raw pumpkin.

None of those are part of my raw food plan. What's cool about raw is that many folk become acquainted with other foods they can eat raw, which are meant to be eaten ~ raw ~ that they wouldn't ordinarily even look at.
