I just wanted to share my experience that I had at lunch yesterday. I waited for a avocado I purchased a couple days ago to become ripe. I scooped and mashed the fruit in a bowl, added a teaspoon of ACV, some diced tomatos, onion, a squeezed of lemon and a dash of pepper. The avocado was perfectly ripe. OMGoodness, my eyes were rolled to the back of my head LOL!! The flavor was explosive.

Any1 else with simple avocado recipes?

Glad you're enjoying the fresh food, its a delicious life huh.

My favorite use of avocado is wrapping it up in nori with salad. I feel so nourished when I do that.

I often throw an avo with half a red/orange bell pepper, a roman tomato, some cilantro, some mixed bean/legume sprouts a dash of salt and some seasoning in the food processor. I then use nori wraps, lettuce or celery sticks cut in 1/2" pieces to scoop it out. Tasty, fast and healthy snack. :)

I love avos and eat one, two or three a day.

One of my favourite simple snacks is:

-1 avocado, sliced in thin strips
-2 tomatoes, sliced into circles
-1/2 head of butterleaf lettuce leaves
-small handful of cashews
-few squirts of Braggs over everything

While Braggs is not really ideal, it sure makes things tasty! I could eat mucho lettuce accompanied with it!

Anyway, I take the ingredients, spread them out in sections in a flat-bottomed bowl, spray with the Braggs, and devour. Yum!

Just like to cut it up and sprinkle some sea salt and maybe a bit of cayenne on those babies and I gobble them up. I have to watch myself or I'd eat 10 in a row.. lol.

Avocado is just something i could never get sick of. I love taking half an avocado, taking the pit out, and putting a few tsp of chlorella or spirulina powder where the pit was. Add a little sprinkling of sea salt and cayenne and you have a really quick snack that has a lot of nutrients and protein. Tastes really great too i swear!
