Hi Everyone
I wasn't sure which category this would best fit in . . . I'm transitioning toward raw slowly and take digestive enzymes when I eat cooked food. Does anyone know whether they are still effective after "prolonged usage"? Or, like does your body sorta get accustommed to them? I'm just wondering if they're really worth $30 a bottle?
Thanks!

But if we're eating so healthy, why do we need something in a pill to digest the food?

because you are still eating cooked food!

Even if you would do 100% raw, it has been recommended to supplement with enzyme. When you buy produce they aren't as fresh then to freshly pick them up from your garden. We dehydrate the food. I like the therapeudic enzime.

i have some - eat them when i know whatever i'm about to consume could use a little hand (like anything dehydrated or unsoaked nuts etc)

okay thanks. I'm still heavily dependent on my blessed raw vegan cheesecake.... slowly cutting away more and more stuff......but now Im sugar free, gluten free, one espresso a day, and fully vegan....feeling pretty happy about that.
