Cluster headaches

I was wondering if anyone else on the forum suffered from cluster headaches. If so, did going raw make any difference at all?

Oh dear, so sorry, you must be such in turmoil.

I wasn't diagnosed but i had those sever pain of headaches that it was without question worst then child birth. It was unberrable.

I haven't had any since 2009. Stress is a leading factor or something chocking going on in your life.

You will have to do more then raw food, consider meditation and even forgiveness. Yes for me, it seems to have gone away. Again, i don't know if this was this type of headache, but i was without question in agony and couldn't function.

I had those attacks from time to time since 2002.

I consume more food with ommega 3/6 (brain food) and i take also e3live (brain food).

I really hope you will be well soon, i cannot imagine that pain that you have to go through.

Give a try to raw food, it is without question assisting our body to self repair.

Hi RawAngelMom, thanks for the kind words, I consider myself very lucky, because since being diagnosed I see that there are lots of people who have it far, far worse than me. When I am having a cycle, the headaches are several a day but I still manage to function reasonably well under the circumstances.

The thought that they may get worse crosses my mind now and then, and that's why I want to take every possible precaution so that it doesn't happen.

I have been raw for about 2 months now, so I am trusting that my body is going through a healing process.

So happy for you that yours are gone, I hope and pray yours are gone forever.:woohoo:
