Hi. :) I will be moving to South Korea (Seoul) shortly (in 2 months) and am wondering what the availability will be like for my staples - mainly fresh fruit and veggies but also wondering about "delicacies" too like flaxseed, agave, cacao, raw honey, chia seed, dates.... I want to plan accordingly by modifying my diet now if I need to. I am assuming I can't bring hemp seeds into the country but farther than that, I'm clueless. I have the advantage of being at a APO/FPO address so if I need to order something I don't think I have to pay the outrageous shipping costs, right? (Sorry, all new to this.) Thanks a lot!
