If you want a real nice treat, next time you pop the top off a coconut, roll a sprig of fresh rosemary between your hands and drop it in that orb of tropical goodness, just ahead of the straw..............:drool:
Would you prefer mint? Sage? Have you had your plant phytosterols today?

YOU are soooooooo right. I'm gonna try this with rosemary. I loooove rosemary!!! I almost always add cinnamon!

I LOVE :heart my tender coconut milk! Never tried it with rosemary though, hmmm, time to open a coconut....

never would have thought to try that... mint yes, cinnamon yes.. not rosemary or sage. very interesting .... let us know what you think of Aleesha :wuv

Me neither! Never would have thought of those herbs!
Now, I hate to spoil the fun, but I'm really giving young coconuts a second thought---at least here in Ohio. I'm not liking the fungicide-dipped, plastic-wrapped- whole thing....
Any suggestions? What do you folks do? I wouldn't mind if they weren't quite "certified" organic ---just not dipped etc.
