Can I make kale chips in my oven?

yes you can but you can't guarantee they'll be raw when they are done.

put your oven on the lowest setting.
place your kale on trays
keep the oven on for 20 minutes
turn it off for 20 minutes
turn back on for 20
repeat until done.
