I know this may be TMI - but need to know if I have to adjust my fats.
My poop atleast once a day or little longer daywise floats. Does that mean I should cut back. I love my spoonful of coconut butter/day, I eat approx 3 avocados/week, and I use shredded coconut often. I now just bought coconut water and coconut flour. The coconut water I want. The coconut flour I can return if you think it is too much.
Any advice? :throwhearts:
