I have eczema..it's bad but not THAT bad compared to other times in my life. I used cortisone creams off and on for like 5 years and completely stopped at least 2 years ago...What have others used to detox their skin and how long did it take and how were the detox effects?

I was considering doing a juice feast but I gotta say the enema thing is freaking me out and I can't afford colonics. I also wonder how much a week approximately is spent on produce during a juice feast?

Would love to hear more testimonials in regard to juice feasting + how long and what the "healing crisis" /detox effects were..also other "protocols" in general that you've taken...would love to hear especially if u have a chronic skin condition because my main issue is eczema but again, would love to hear others' stories.. thanks!

eating raw live foods will heal your skin tremendously. you don't have to fast to get the results you seek.

that said... you don't need to enemas and colonic either.

tomatoes are very good for your skin so adding some tomato juice to your daily regime would be a great idea. ;)

Thanks for the link Aleesha!! I'm actually on my 16th day on a high raw..90-100% diet..my eczema is better but definitely need to do more in the way of detox. I find that tomatoes irritate me so I think I will hold off on consuming them or too much of them until my skin is better.
