I was just wondering if anyone has tried Alissa's gallstone liver cleanse (top of main forum page) and did they get any stones out and what did they experience doing it ? was it hard to do ? I'm thinking of trying it but would like to know about peoples experiences as it seems pretty full on...

also does anyone know where her parasite and kidney cleanse posts are if they exist ? thanks
Hi Kaleboy, I recommend you read Andreas Moritz's book 'The Amazing Liver And Gallbladder Flush'. It contains a wealth of information on this topic and is definitely worth the purchase price. You can also hear an interview with Moritz (for free) at OneRadioNetwork.com
There's also a huge amount of info on curezone.com:

I would urge you NOT to do this type of cleanse/flush until you have taken Chanca Piedra and/or Gold Coin Grass (Jin Qian Cao) consistently for at least a month, and preferably 2-3months. Why? Because there is a risk of expelling a gallstone from the gallbladder which may be too large to exit the common bile duct, where it may, consequently, become lodged (a very serious condition known as choledocholithiasis). I am NOT attempting to discourage you from performing such a cleanse, all I'm saying is that you would be very wise to heed the advice to use the above herbs for 1-3months before doing the cleanse, that's all. These herbs work to break down gallstones into smaller particles, but it's quite a slow process.
Some related info in the Doc Sutter interviews at OneRadioNetwork.com Note that Sutter does not agree with the use of Epsom salts, and additionally insists on the use of orthpohosphoric acid (90 drops a day, mixed into one quart of fresh cloudy apple juice) for each of 3 days prior to attempting the flush/cleanse itself. Again, the acid is used as a way to reduce the size of stones prior to attempting to expel them.
Old-time healers used to recommend the consumption of a dozen or so lemons per day, consumed gradually, in small tumblerfuls of warm water, throughout the day (see Norman Walker's classic book on vegetable juicing)

All the best with your cleanse!

thanks for but now you've made me nervous ! I've been on the morning lemon juice with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and then some apple juice during the day for the last 7 days as prep...I can understand what you are saying though and might do a bit more research.
Well, many people do flush without problems with gallstones lodging in the common bile duct, but it definitely does occur with other people and choledocolithiasis is no laughing matter, I can assure you.
You may flush and have no problems at all, it's entirely your own body and your own decision whether or not you take the time to use stone-eroding herbs for a period of time beforehand. I'm not telling you to go one way or the other; I'm giving you a 'heads-up' and you can heed or discard that advice as you see fit.
Either way, I wish you good health, and a successful liver-gallbldder flush is an excellent way of promoting good health.
