Helloo I am new here and new to raw food. I'm 21 and live in the UK. I've read about eating raw many times, and have known about it for a few years, but I'm finally ready to have a go!
I'm fed up of feeling tired, sick and miserable! I have low motivation, suffer from mild depression and eczema (which is under control ish at the moment) and I am overweight (I'm 5"4 and weight 163lbs). I generally have an okay diet, I don't eat too much processed food and I love veggies.
I am going to gradually ease myself into, starting with simple recipes so I don't overwhelm myself. I am having a tough time giving up my morning oats!! Can anyone suggest a recipe I could substitute? Or are oats okay?
I'm going to try the 30 day challenge and see how I do, when I have done it I will treat myself to a dehydrator!

Welcome to the forum! There's lots of information here, and you'll find lots of yummy things in the recipes section.

As for oats - I sometimes soak a cup of buckwheat groats overnight, and use that in place of a porridge. I might add almond/cashew milk, raisins, and cinnamon for a rice pudding-y flavour, or blend the buckwheat together with some strawberries (turns out much like a grainy strawberry yogurt!), or toss whatever fruit I have on hand with it. So simple and easy! Oh, and yummy!

Good luck with the 30-day challenge!

I have soaked and dehydrated buckwheat groats, hulled ones. They store well dry and then add almond milk, honey, banana, apple, raisins, cinnamon. Really good.
