-Pudding.
Here is my favorite ways to make fruit puddings:
Put the following into a food processor (a blender leaves to much in the bottom....I don't want to waste a drop of this)
About 2-3 cups frozen or fresh berries (I love it with strawberries).
The flesh of one avocado (trust me on this, it makes it creamy).
1/3 cup almond butter.
a couple tbsp coconut oil (optional, for extra richness, I do it both ways).
enough water to blend.
sweetener to taste - I usually don't need it.
vanilla extract or the seeds from a vanilla bean - don't add it if I don't have it and still tastes great.
Blend until smooth and creamy! Its delicious and filling, and so
healthy you can eat it for breakfast.

Key Lime Pudding

Tastes just like Key Lime pie pudding.

1 Haas Avocado
1 Ripe banana
Juice of half a lemon and half a lime

Place in food processor until creamy. (By leaving out the lemon and lime juice, this recipe would make an excellent baby food.) ENJOY!

6-8 dates
peaches and/or pinneapple and/or pear - whatever you like best and is in season, add as much or as little as you like the consistency to be
2 bananas

GREAT fruit pudding or pie filler!
