I want to start an experiment using the Fat Burning Juice that I just read on here. I am not going to change anything of what I do except I am going to be adding this as a meal, because when I added everything up on Livestrong.com it came up to 641 calories, I think mostly because of the cranberries, I may only use 1 bag instead of two, but we will see.
My normal routine is to exercise first thing in the morning on MWF, and usually when I am done with this workout I have a protein shake (made with sun warrior protein) so my thought is I may make this juice with that protein on those days. On T, TH, S. I work out later in the morning, so I will drink the juice first thing in the morning.
Here are my stats: W:144-146(depending on the time of the month)
Body Fat%: 20%(I have the tummy)
My abs are 37 inches
I want to loose the fat around my tummy. I have to run to the store to get the items that I need. I am hoping to do this today, but I am not sure because my son has a fever and not feeling well. So if not tomorrow to start, I will start Wednesday and I will do it for 30 days. I will post every week.
