This I make almost everyday because it gives me a number of nutrients, such as iron, selenium, zinc, calcium, antioxidants, magnesium, and lots more! Plus the raw cacao is almost 10 grams of fiber!
1/4 cup of raw almonds
1 ounce (142 seeds) raw sunflower seeds
1 brazil nut
2 cups water
2 tbsp raw cacao
dash RealSalt
1/2 tsp maca root (optional)
1/2 tbsp raw coconut oil

Blend almonds, sunflower seeds and Brazil nut in 2 cups water in blender. Strain through fine strainer or nut bag. Rinse out blender of nut pieces. Pour nut milk into blender with remaining ingredients and blend. Enjoy!!!

The coconut oil mixed with the cacao makes a nice frothy top! Like a nut milk late ;):woot:

This sounds amazing. What sort of blender do you use? Seems to be the one last imperative tool that I've yet to pick up.
