What do I do? A few months back, I, a female, noticed something similar to an "adam's apple" in my throat, checked it out and they say it's a cyst and needs to be surgically removed. I think I've had it for a few years now, but it was always very small and barely noticeable. Today it's gotten bigger and I see it clearly. It isn't growing any further. I believe in a natural way to heal, and I need your help! I'll do anything.

I feel really low on energy and have been yo-yo dieting a lot. A few years back, I've done raw food. It lasted for a month and I felt very energetic. Today when I try raw food, I feel like I need to sleep ALL day and can't function. I think the yo-yo dieting is the reason for this - my system is screwed up. This year I became allergic to wheat products, and I still eat them because I love them - they give me brain power for a little while, but then make me even more tired. I'm a student and must have brain power to study.
I'm 40 pounds overweight (female).

What do I do?
I don't see the light in the tunnel anymore.

as someone with allergies i can tell you you are doing your body a huge disservice by continuing to force it to deal with something it's allergic to.

have you done any research as to what that does to your body systems? did you know that it takes 7 days for the allergen to get out of your blood and another 30 days to get it out of your colon?

so if you eat wheat once a month... you body is constantly fighting against this intruder.

and honestly, that's probably why you are so low on energy. think about it... how much energy is your body expending just dealing with the allergies?

my advice to you is to fast. do a juice fast, get it all out of your system and allow your fasting body to heal your cyst.

No energy to wake up: try eating more in the evening before going to bed and see whether that makes a difference. Stuff that is easily digestible, like fruits (bananas would be good).
