amt of juice intake

On average, when juicing...how much liquid do you average per day? I'm on my 5th day, but I feel I'm consuming a large amt...at least 2 -64oz vitamix containers per day. I drink water in between but am still hungry.

I wanted to add that the amt isn't complete juice. I add about 32 oz water to the blender then my veggies/fruit.

cause there's a big difference.

fasting... there is no limit. some days are a few litres, other days are a lot of litres. i just go with the flow.

I guess I'm juice fastiing. That's all I've been having. Felt lead to do it..thanks. I was reading that if you're hungry, you're not consuming enough. I was starving today! Will have what I need tomorrow.

i have about 16 - 24 oz Juice per day as part of my regular diet. i don't do fasting.
