For lunch today I juiced a bunch of apples, but I didn't want to drink the plain apple juice. So I added a bunch of cinnamon and allspice.
Can I just tell you. SO TASTY. :drool: It's like a spiced cider (even though I drink it cold from the fridge).
Now, let's see how I do, since this is the first day that I have brought juice to work for lunch instead of a salad (I'm new to eating raw). I have some grapes and some raw cacao/banana/papaya pudding too, for a snack later...
But I just wanted to share my new discovery! It seems so simple, but it's a big deal for me.
