I am very new to juicing. Is it best to do it first thing in the morning?

Are you asking is it best to juice in the morning or HAVE juice in the morning?

I think it's best to do it whenever and drink it whenever you want and will.

I agree with juicing whenever you're able to, and feeling like it, and I find for myself I enjoy juice best first thing when I get up. Usually a veggie-greens based juice at this time. Sometimes I find a certain food (apples, for instance) looks mighty tasty and so I'll juice that and feel really satiated!

Juice is very easily absorbed and digested, which is why I tend to like it on an emptier stomach. :juicy:

Thank you for your fast responses.

I had kale, ginger and apple this morning and felt kinda blah. Now I'm not sure if I feel this way because of the heavy meal last night, going to bed late or because of the boyfriend disappointing me but being that is was my first time, I will give the morning juice another try.

i prefer water in the morning... then coconut water and then juice. but that's just me being me.

I like to drink juice on an empty stomach, so morning is good. I find that if I drink juice first thing in the morning, it sets the tone for a healthy day and makes me more likely to make healthier choices.

Sometimes I juice first thing after work if I don't have time in the morning. Juicing directly after exercise is nice, too. Really, just find what works best for you and go with it.
