I just finished reading Victoria Boutanko's "12 Steps to Raw" and I must say...it has changed my whole attitude. Yes, I know RAW is good for me...but seeing her perspective. She covers so much in that little book, and I could really relate to just about all of it. I've decided to stay RAW...100%, and my goal is not just 30 days, but through the end of this year, and hopefully 1 year raw, and beyond. It may not always be easy, but I've decided to see my cravings for what they are, and instead feed my body for nutrition, and not for those BAD, SAD cravings. From now on I will only feed into the HEALTHY RAW cravings! Thank you all for your support, this board is awesome!
