Trader Joe's Cocoa Powder .. is it raw?

Hi,

I am new here and in the past been on and off raw, now I am back to stay!

I have found that unless it is labled "raw" it is not.

If it doesn't say raw, it isn't so sorry.

You have far more nutrition and anti-oxidant in the raw version.

Unfortunately, a lot of the cacao powders labeled raw aren't either. A lot of the raw food teachers on you tube say its not a detail to sweat.
