I'm extremely too fat for my comfort and my job as a screen actor
Most wouldn't care but I'm like 125 or 130 and I have a role that I want to get down to 90 pounds for. Like I'm talking anemic. How can I loose weight safely without collapsing? I need to make sure I get protein with protein powder and will probably find a doctor and an acting coach who knows about this because I don't want to jeopardize myself and actually become sick I need my energy and vitality and everything :cheer:


I got a colonic a while back it didn't do a thing I'm going to get some more, I can't get to NYC to do it I'm stuck in cold cape cod.

My weaknesses have been bread, processed sugar and pizza, vending machine crap, CHOCOLATE which I swore I wanted to go cold turkey on new year's yikes it's mid February it didn't happen. My finances stress me out so I eat, cereal and stuff I want to go completely raw for health and for the raw foods 'glow' and my immune system got racked from too much insomnia in Manhattan.
I have been loving making gaspacho though in a blender. For protein I have seeds.


What about coffee? I love it, is it raw? It's harsh on my stomach I saw a low acid brew I guess I should get that.


How to loose lots of weight? I know of weight training, jogging, cutting out carbs and breads, and colonics.

Go 100% raw. Drink smoothies and smoozies. That's it! You're eliminate excess weight and stay healthy.



What about coffee? I love it, is it raw?

O.k., I'm going to get slammed for this but, use your head. Does the word "brewed" mean anything to you? Why in the world do you "love" something that hurts your stomach?
