make your own. or buy it raw from an online supplier

you wont find much support for eating cooked food around here, but I highly doubt your diet is sabotaged from a little dried mango that was heated above the raw temp.
but a lot of people say that you don't really experience all of the full benefits of a raw diet until you are 100% raw, with NO exceptions.

Hi JB

love your suggestions but it is not a real solution for me to make my own right now.
yes i have a dhyd but the reason i am grab and going is because the only thing that comes out of my kitchen during an 80 hour work week is green smoothies.
salad get made on the desk from the grocery bag and oranges get peeled by the mountain in the car

i am in a small town and have no co-op or conscious conveniences.....

it's my candy and a crutch, i admit it........

Go ahead and enjoy your mango girl. At least you know now that it's not a "raw" food. It's still better than other stuff you could be eating. When you have time and/or a dehydrator, then make your own.
Yes, 100% Raw is better, but until you can make that commitment, be as Raw as you can.
