I love my blender! If I had to choose only one kitchen tool (well, besides a cutting board and knives, of course), this would be it. This morning I made myself a green caesar with cucumber, tomato, celery, and kale, strained out the juice with a nut milk bag ('nut milk bag' always makes me giggle!), and with the leftover pulp, I'll make a green soup with cashews and avocado! No waste, and two delicious meals in one!
Does anyone else have success with making juices in their blender, by straining out the pulp? I find the juice ends up being a bit more watery because I have to add a bit of water to actually blend it up, but it's so easy! And fun to squish all the juice out in the bag! ;)
