Has anyone dehydrated the skin of a grapefruit - particularly pulmeto (spell?) or done anything with skins?.
The lady in the HFS said people eat it becaiuse it has high level of bioflavinoids.

interesting. i've done lemons... tossed them in the vita-mix and ground them up to use later for a nice lemon taste to things.

Huh, that's cool. I never thought about using the lemon peel or the grapefruit peel. I go through a lot of lemons. That's a great idea, thanks!

I have done lemons also
they were/are great.

I use a zester and zest 2-3 lemons on the teflex sheet....

then put the dried zest in a jar
