I decided undertake a water fasting program this summer but I'm not sure if I can do it without the supervision of an expert. A member of another forum who do water fasting regularly, recommend going to a wellness center.

I want to ask for your help if you know other wellness centers that provide what I need. I will also appreciate some advice and pointers on how to my first water fasting go smoothly.

Thanks!

elias i would also recommend that you try a few short water fasts at home. if you start to feel too badly you can always drink some juice...

but this way you'll know if water fasting is for you before you pay a heap of money to go to a place.

just a thought...
