Can fasting heal my knees

I exercised on a leg press machine at the gym and it messed up my knees. I can't bend them easily without feeling weird pain. I read somewhere that i have to see a doctor to get the unnessessary fluid out of my knee...but can a water fast heal it?

I don't want to spend money on surgeries at the doc because its scary and i dont want to be scarred for life.

help :( can fasting heal me?

i bet it would. i can't promise anything but i bet it would!!!

i had a tremendous amount of back pain... caused by inflammation. water fasting kicked it outta the park!!! i did 9 or 10 days...

so water fasting healed your back inflammation? That is so wonderful! It always seems to help me too. It healed the inflammation in my ribs, which came back when i started eating more high fat raw. Which i'm still healing from.

are you sure it's high fat raw and not an allergy?
