Can anyone give me some clues as to what bee pollen tastes like? I envision
honey--but am clueless. Any good brand recomendations?

it's hard to descibe, it is like granulated honey but not nearly as sweet...

Sweetly spicy, slightly astringent, flowery. It can vary so much from the flowers they visit.

doesn't taste like honey - more like bread crumbs.
some people say that it tastes like hay and to me it certainly does except that i have never tasted hay :) but i do know what hay smells like and bee pollen definitely reminds me of that.
i haven't tried mixing it with anything yet, but i am pretty sure it would taste pretty good mixed with honey.
there is a very slight amount of honey in bee pollen, but honey isn't actually part of the pollen itself - it is merely what bees use to package the pollen into these little specks. so you can taste a hint of honey in there but its just a hint.
