juice for dinner

just wondering how many of you sometimes just have a juice for dinner and maybe some fruit, can you get by on this after a big lunch ?

yup, I had juice for dinner tonight! And the night before, and the night before, an 17 nights before that. :)

I do that often. I find that i sleep also better at night. I must be absorbing all the nutrients because it is very filling for me and i typically don't have hunger after.

I had a large salad for lunch yesterday and that was it for the rest of the day. Thought I'd have a piece of fruit before bed but it didn't happen and I didn't miss it.

Yes...Juice can be a good option for dinner...can also be filling :-)
