I notice that the less food I eat, the more energy I have. When I eat very little or juice/water fast during the day, I find myself bouncing off the walls. I have to eat something at night (usually 1 avocado by itself) to calm myself down to go to sleep.
I find that the more food I eat, the less energy I have. Sometimes, I find myself eating more than usual, and I get very exhausted.
Please note this is 100% raw food that I'm eating.
Have anyone else had this experience? Thank you for sharing!

Yep, I have definitely experienced this on a smaller scale.
My body needs food pretty often, but my taste buds want it more. ;) If I wait to be really hungry, and eat light water-dense things I am ten times more energetic than if I have three "balanced" meals a day.

I think that the more food you eat (even if it is raw), the more energy your body has to expend to digest it. If your body doesn't have to digest alot of food, it has more energy left to just be energetic. (Hope that makes sense!):woohoo:

That makes a lot of sense buffalogal.
It's just interesting to me because many people feel weak and light headed if they don't have anything to eat/drink for a couple hours.
If I don't eat/drink for a couple hours, I feel more energized. :excited:
