Hi All:

I have been 100% raw since 1.01.11(excepting clearing up some 'old' food-stock) ... it takes some getting used to, but I am keen on getting the blissful vibrations that this life-style generates! :) Must pick up Szekeley's "Essene Gospels of Peace" again: a marvellous book for seriously raw people! :)

The latest issue of the newsletter has som places to go for raw products and eating out etc.

I'm Meghan on meetup, that's my actual name!

You should come to some meetups, the 1000 steps picnic was great (though I didn't eat any of the food, I'm fasting).

There's a raw food retreat in the Otways next, but there'll be plenty more day events in the future, I'm thinking of organising a picnic in the botanical gardens in the next month or so.
