I've noticed that since having a green smoothie for breakfast and sometimes as part of dinner I'm not really all that hungry around lunch time. I might have some walnuts, tea and maybe a cup of miso soup ... and dinner just depends on my time. Is it normal to not really be all that hungry? A couple of people have asked if I'm feeling okay cause I'm not eating as much i guess ...:weird

Totally normal, lol....

It is not good to over eat anyway, so enjoy the effect...

Do you have a lot of energy?? Sounds like you do, so if that's the case, as long as it keeps up you're likely getting enough calories. (That's what they are after all, the units of energy ~ so if you always have the energy ~ you almost definitely have enough calories!)
