Rawtella Nut Milk

2 cups almonds (soaked)
1/2 cup cashews (soaked)
5 cups purified water
6 Medjool dates
1/2 tsp sea salt
2-3 tbs. Rawtella

Blend Everything together till smooth (except Rawtella). Strain through Nut milk bag. Put back into blender with Rawtella and blend till creamy. Serve right away or heat till warm like a hot chocolate.

I mean sure you can try making a recipe, but why not just buy a jar. It's stone ground hazelnuts, cacao nibs and coconut sugar. YUM!

i'm going to try this one:


my wonderful coop sell raw hazelnut meal in the refigerator section and I recently made the most delicious nutella ever. Thank God because I was about to break down and buy some.
1 c. hazelnut meal (this is very finely ground hazelnuts)
4tbl. cacoa
1/2 c. agave
vanilla to taste
salt to taste
mix all up in your FP for quite some time and enjoy. If it needs to be more spreadable you can add water to it.
