I am about to go to bed and am super excited that tomorrow will be my first day eating 100% raw live food! I am planning on making a juice in the morning and eating a banana, I have a juicer (thanks mom!) and so it will be fresh. It will contain carrots, celery, apples, parsley, a beet, and it was suppost to have wheatgrass but the store was selling them for a case at seventeen dollars! way out of my price range. About that, I would really like to start sprouting my own wheatgrass, does anyone have any tips on how to start sprouting and where to get the materials, any information would be greatly appreciated! For lunch I plan to make a super food smoothie, with spirulina protein mix, coconut water and meat, cacoa powder, a wee bit of honey, vanilla extract, frozen fruits, goji berries and flax seeds. And for dinner a salad with tons of fresh veggies and tomotoes with an awesome vinnagrette. If I'm hungry for snacks I have fruit and raw almonds and some other nuts. I am curious to know more ideas for good snacks because I might get bored with those options. Anyway, I'm excited and I'll let ya'll know how my first few days of raw food goes later this week!
