I keep seeing raw recipes that include raisins. I have avoided buying any raisins (as much as I love them) because I thought they were dried at high temperatures. I thought that was the deal with basically all store-bought dry fruit.

So when people here mention raisins, are they talking about raisins they have dehydrated themselves? Or is this something I should chill out about and should just buy the container of organic raisins at the market? (I obviously don't have a dehydrator.)

I love that I can buy organic raisins at Costco! I don't worry whether they're "raw" or not. *Ü*

I just buy regular Sunmaid for now.

Ha Ha this is my first time on RFT at home where I can actually see the smilies. TOO cute!
