I was out with my brother's friend last night whom I hadn't seen in over three years. He was quite surprised when he saw me and over the course of the conversation about raw he said "man, I've known you for seven years and you look younger now than when I fist met you".

I just passed that dreaded 40 mark and people flat out don't believe me when I tell em! I always thought I just had good genes, but raw has put some power behind those genes!!
