What food types are raw

I just started a raw diet and i don't know what foods are raw or not.. Could someone tell me a few raw foods?

I was confused as well. The posts did not make sense to me but there was no link at the bottom. What is going on here.

Spam has become so bad lately, on so many forums, that when someone posts like this it looks so suspicious. A common tactic is to first establish a user on a forum and then to start spamming. A moderator is less likely to notice spam from a user with 20 posts than a first time poster.
