View Full Version : Speaking of Rejuvelac

I made some. It's been sitting in my cabinet for a few days and has turned a bit yellow. But I'm not sure if I did it right so please read on and let me know if this sounds correct!

I sprouted some soft white pastry wheat berries for a few days. They had very long tails by the time I got around to jarring them. So I took 3 tbsp or so of the wheat berries and put them in the jar, filled the jar with water, sealed it tightly with lid, let it sit in the cabinet for about 3 days. I drank a little of it and it doesn't taste like anything. There is a little fizz at the top/... Is this right? Should I put it in my fridge now?
