not me, but my husband! I love fruit and know how good it is, but my hubby will rarely eat any fruit. I don't think he's used to the quickness of digestion, plus he doesn't like sweets. I don't want to be pushy, but I believe fruit is an important part of our natural diet. I just wish he could experience the joy of eating fruit like I do! Any ideas about how I could get him to introduce more fruit into his diet?

He could start out eating the non-sweet fruits such as tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers, etc.

Maybe making some orange juice or other juices might be a way to introduce it as well.

I like Rawkinlocs' suggestion, also I would say you shouldn't push him to fruit. Let him come to the knowledge by your example more than your words. If you use the fruit and are showing health benefits, he will eventually want to look into it.

Peace.

Thanks everyone for your ideas. I will try them, and I definitely won't push. He does eat some nonsweet fruits, I hadn't thought about that. I guess he eats fruit and doesn't realize it!
