i've scheduled a biofeedback appt for wed and i'm wondering if anyone has gone for this and what their experience was like?

i've heard lots of stuff about it... and honestly don't have any idea who it works. a computer can somehow 'read' your body and know if you have allergies etc? seems weird but heck... so many of my peers here swear by it... i'm going to give it a try myself.

thought i'd check and see what anyone here has to say about it.

We do it at Minty and it is very thorough.
I had it done by our practitioner about a year ago and made some changes as a result. I removed sesame seeds and quinoa from my diet as a result. I would have given them both up by now anyway.
My friend did it as well and it pinpointed exactly the points in her life where she had suffered serious emotional trauma.

i think i'm being drawn to do it more for 'what i should/shouldn't consume'... and honestly since i know so little about it, i'm open to whatever it brings me.

thanks for sharing with me sport.

What did you learn? I am interested to hear. How does it work?

I have a blank report on my desktop that I can send you so that you see what info you get.
I am not sure that all systems are the same.
I have sent you a private message.

it's AMAZING what all you can learn. it literally asks your body soooooooooo many questions a second and comes back with heaps of info. i learned what my allergies are, what parts of my body needs attention, any nutrient deficiencies. any parasites... etc. then... it gives you the vibration of the remedy. so (for example) she found that i have some parasites and the machine zapped them dead! now just to deal with the eggs hatching... which i will. but this was such a cool experience.

the appt was 90 minutes but we went almost 5 hours!!!

so much info, so much learning. just so much.

it was the best money i've ever spent on myself EVER. i am soooooooooo going to do this again in a month to see how things are improving.

on a very cool note... she hooked me up to the machine and her computer started giving her info and she said to me that she's never seen anyone as healthy as me before. she was stunned!

*dancing around with glee* of course there's still heaps for me to do and work on etc. but that was GREAT news!!!

Nice.

I've done it several times. "Healthy" isn't the word it spat back! But I'm on my way slowly.

How biofeedback works is beyond me. Apparently it is able to determine issues by measuring how well energy is flowing through meridians...or something like that. I was skeptical of course. But it was pretty accurate ...
