Hello all this is my first post on the forums.

I just started juicing first thing in the morning and would like to have some expert advice on the veggies I am juicing.

I currently juice the following

Kale
Romain or Green Leaf
Parsley or Cilantro
Apple
Carrot
Beet
Dandelion
Cabbage
Lemon
Ginger

Sometimes spinach, and celery if I do not have any of the above ingredients. I usually make between 36oz and 48oz and split this between my wife and I. We are currently juicing for health.

Thanks all

I'm not sure it is your asking. The fruit, greens and veggies you have listed are all juicing items.

If you are asking for advice as to whether or not this is good my answer for you is this...

Change up what you are making... allow your tastebuds to lead you.

Celery is a very very healthy choice to have daily!

I am just asking if this is a good mix of vegetables. I was reading the some vegetables and fruits are not good to mix with each other, because some may spike insulin levels which may not be a good thing.

You might want to google a food combining chart if that is your question.

For me, if it tastes good, doesn't make me gag or fart, then it's a good combination.

me too. same as with rev. if my body likes it... i drink it often. if not... then i don't.

what my body loves now may change later. i just go with the flow.

the more variety you have... perhaps the better or perhaps not.

i did 209 day fast recently and consumed pretty much a few combos the entire time. my body was very happy with what i chose (well it chose actually)...

so change isn't always nec but it is good to be open to going with the flow.
