Hi there, well about 5 months ago I read a few books on raw food and decided to up my content to over 50%. I thought the easiest way would be to introduce a daily green smoothy to replace what would normally be an ordinary cooked meal. Also the introduction of vege juices and fruit.

Well the weight has been flying off. One bizzare thing I noticed is how people relate to me in general. If I head out I literally get stopped 3 times a day from people asking for directions or just talking to me. I think this is because my energy field or whatever you want to call it has become better and people like it.

Anyway I'm very pleased and look forward to one day being 100% raw.

Here is my green power smoothy that will give you a nice kick...

1 banana
alfalfa sprouts
1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
4 kale or spinach chards with stem removed, any green leafy veg will do though.
1 sprig of broccoli
1 teaspoon of lsa mix
1 teaspoon beepollen
dulce flakes (these add some natural salt as well)
1 teapsoon of super green powder (spirulina, chlorella, wheat grass, barley g)
1 cup of pineapple juice

Blend and chew :)

You are doing well. A green smoothie is a good thing to add to your diet. You will find in time that you will prefer it a bit more simple. You have a lot of different ingredients in there. I mostly do just bananas celery and greens now.

tried adding a couple of sticks of celery today to the mix, made no change to taste and blended easily so will be a new addition from now on, cheers

That is good. I find that unless I have some celery I can not get my daily requirement for sodium. Cantaloup is good for it as well but I would need lots of it. I do a head of celery per day.

man that is a lot... but good though, lots of bio water in it. I've got this theory that is if you consume a lot of natural electrolytes, potassium and sodium etc from plant and veg biowater, the energy in your body can move a lot better. Also you become a better conductor so if you believe everything even thoughts have an energy or vibration thenyou'll be able to attract what you want more easily. Also you'll be more able to conduct energy from the fields we can't see yet :) cheers
