35 year old male. 6'3" 245 lbs. Oddly enough, I eat very well about half the time(lots of fruits and veggies), but when I eat bad, I eat bad. I have a physical fitness test coming up in 3 weeks, and figured this was a good way to get me in better physical condition, but I want to give it a go for good. Just stumbled upon the site, and had some turkey at lunch, so I guess I will be starting as of right now. I love fruits, nuts, and veggies, so that's not the issue. Hardest part will be not eating cold-cuts, pizza, cookies, fast-food, etc. But, like anything else, it's simply a matter of discipline and wanting it. Looking forward to culling the site for recipes. Will post pics later.
