I have never made almond mild before and would like to try it with some granola this week... can I still make it with almonds that have already been soaked and dried?

Made some tonight with some soaked/dried almonds ...
that I had peeled after they were soaked. Beautiful pure white mylk without having to strain the pulp out. very nice.
I usually soak/peel/dry a large of batch of almonds when I purchase them so I can munch on them or make mylk without having to wait. I store them in mason jars in the cupboard.
Almonds I haven't soaked/dried I store in the freezer.
