I am currently taking candi gone and been told two things. I am eating too raw, tried that but cooked foods made me feel crappy. Then I went 100% raw for a good 5 days at least and my stomach is bloated, and cramping, and i feel even worse. Is it just the symptoms detoxing. My stomach won't deflate, i just want to sleep, and I don't know what to do. Does anyone have experience with this?
I'm naturally a high raw foodist. So far in the last 30 days the candida has been kicking my butt. Sometimes i don't have symptoms, and sometimes i do. I don't eat fruit but think I might start. My point is anyone who has been 100% raw and battling candida did you go through a period in the beginning where your symptoms got worse? The head aches, the bloating, i feel like there are knots in my body, the dizziness, fatigue etc...

Do you take Probiotics?
I would highly suggest getting them if you don't (I like Renew Life brand - same makers of Candigone). The higher "billions", the better.

Also staying away from high sugar fruits while you are fighting off the candida can be very helpful, as they feed on the sugars. They usually say green apples & some berries are okay.

Eating lots of greens, juicing them, making smoothies can also help.

You said you are high raw, but staying away from processed foods (if you are eating any of them cooked) is also helpful.

I think Renew life also has an enzyme that helps break down excess sugars (Candizyme).

Hope you find relief~:hug~monk~
