My rebounder arrived ! wow is it really nice and sturdy.
I'm going to take this slow as I have not been exercising at all in many years.
So far, from what I've read about, I'm just kinda bouncing without my feet leaving the mat. I also walked in place.
It is a Bellicon, I looked at the other brands, but really felt this brand was best for me because it was quiet and would make me feel at my current weight it could hold me.
It's a well-built rebounder, bigger than any of the ones I've seen before (from the big-box stores).
